Ordering

Ideally we need as much notice as possible, but if it is a fruit cake we need at least three months notice for the cake to mature properly. It can be done at last minute notice but you run the chance of the cake not being so moist.

Payment and Cancellation

We require a 20% deposit. The rest of the balance should be paid a month before the cake is due to be delivered.

If you were to cancel 6 months before the wedding you would get half your deposit back. Should you cancel 3 months before the wedding the full deposit will be retained.

Collection

Customers can either collect or we can deliver. If it is a wedding cake, where possible, we do like to set this up .

Cake stands

We have cake stands for hire and we ask a deposit for this which can be given in the form of a cheque and once we have the cake stand back the cheque will be destroyed or returned. We do have a cake knife that can be hired out as well.
