We make cakes for many types of occasions all made from the finest ingredients including free range eggs.

You can choose from a variety of cakes including a rich fruit cake and exquisite chocolate cake.

The fruit cakes are made three months before to allow for maturation whereas the sponge cakes are made as freshly as possible.

The flowers are made from a paste called flower paste that is edible, made from sugar and this dries like china. It will keep for a very long time.

We also make models, which can be made out of icing, marzipan, modelling paste, and pastillage.

Cakes can be decorated in a variety of different ways.

We specialise in handmade sugar flowers which can be used on many different styles of cakes.
